General Arithmetic Test – a non-calculator test of 30 questions up to GCSE level.  Questions on whole numbers, decimals, fractions, metric units and percentages are included. There is space below each question to write the answer. This pdf resource (answers included) is FREE to download. A view of the pages in “General Arithmetic Test” is shown in the image below.

Download "Six Tests: Number" for £1.50

Six Non-Calculator Tests: Number – a set of six, non-calculator tests (with answers) suitable up to GCSE level. Ideal for quick revision tests. Working and answers can be written in the space below each question.

The first two tests contain a mixture of questions including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers, decimals and fractions – I’ve classed these tests as “general arithmetic”.

Remaining tests concentrate on fractions or decimals or percentages or indices and standard form.

This pdf consists of 20 A4 pages and costs £1.50 to download.

Download "Standard Form" for £1.00

Standard Form – Notes, Examples and Exercises contains an introduction to the use of standard form (scientific notation) with examples.

The use of a calculator in performing standard form calculations is also discussed. Three exercises containing a total of over 30 questions with answers are included. This unit of work is suitable for self-study and ranges from beginner to GCSE standard.

This pdf consists of 10 A4 pages and costs £1.00 to download. A view of some of the pages in “Standard Form” is shown below.
